Foxy Coatings

I recently had my garage floor coated by Foxy Coating Services. I chose them despite their higher price because their marketing and reputation gave me the impression that I was paying for a premium-quality garage floor. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been very disappointing. After the installation, we found multiple issues with the finished floor. During the concrete cutting/preparation and chip installation, the garage door was opened without properly cleaning the area above it. Dirt and debris fell onto the newly installed coating. This happened while the technician was still on site. We immediately raised the concern, and we were told that an inspection and correction would take place after 48 hours. However, nothing happened. I also raised concerns about the rain forecast before and during the installation, but those concerns were essentially ignored. I cannot say for certain whether the weather affected the top coating, but given the issues with the final result, it is certainly a concern. The finished floor has several noticeable problems, including: Visible holes where chips are missing. Areas where the top coating does not appear to have been applied properly. Chip

7/23/2026 Tyler came out to address our concern, and we were very impressed with his professionalism. He took the time to explain that the small gap in the flooring was intentional and designed to allow for seasonal expansion during the winter. We truly appreciated Foxy Coating’s willingness to come out, inspect the work, and answer our questions. Their excellent customer service gave us peace of mind, and now we can close this chapter and fully enjoy our beautiful remodeled garage. We highly recommend Foxy Coating! 7/11/2026 Update: service floor coating, garage, front porch, entryway. I wanted to update my original review after noticing something important. While inspecting the finished floor more closely in our garage which also was done, I discovered that the edges around the perimeter were not completely sealed. As a result, water can definitely get underneath the coating and accumulate over time, which is disappointing. This is especially a bummer because the two technicians who completed the installation were excellent. They were professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work throughout the project. If I could give one piece of advice to future customer
